Anyone on here love Mushrooms? I love them. I put them in virtually every meal (Curry, Sheperds Pie, Fry Up, Noodles, etc).

I love Mushrooms! (Must be the texture has they don't really have a lot of taste!)

hate the things - make me retch.

Can't stand huge chunks of onion in things either

Huge chunks of onion are horrible and make me fart! Finely sliced is the way to go.

I love mushrooms. Prefer the medium sized ones, rather than huge ones or diddy ones. I tend to eat them a lot as well. Maybe even more than chillis!
If I have them on their own, I lightly fry them in butter with a touch of salt and pepper and garlic. Yum!

Mmmm garlic bread! I make my own. Well easy and far better than shop stuff. Great for french sticks that are getting on the brittle side.

A quick mushroom recipe

large mushy (portabello i think), remove stalk and fill the cap with cheese, onion and a bit of garlic. Pop in oven till the mushy is nice and soft and the cheese all melted.

Sounds good! Do they work in the grill as well?

Got swordfish steaks on the grill at the moment, with lemon and black pepper. Mmmmm!

Surprised no one has mentioned raw mushrooms, field varieties are particuarly yummy.

mmmm, both me and the bird love em, eat mushrooms with everything, stick extra mushrooms in Ready meals where we can as well, the Girlfriend makes a really good garlic snail on mushroom too :D
