Just looking to see if anyone has done a front end swap and what were your thoughts? how much does it cost?
I've seen a few in mags but they look like they were made from lego!! but then I saw a black s14a today with one that looked really nice!

Yup, quite a few - search for 'strawberry' (it's what the conversion i known as)
'Jackal' on here has a lovely looking one.
I think SRB power sell complete kits - it's not cheap though

Not cheap , and will hurt you when you want to sell it, very few people want to buy a s14 witha s15 front for some reason.

Thanks guys,

I'll take a look I'm not that bothered about resale because its not like I'm going to be paying £20k for the car more like £6>7k when I find a low mileage one and I don't intend on selling it for a long while!

I did replace nearly all the panels on my 2 year old S2000 with carbon fibre back when I had that, but I stripped most of it off and replaced it with stock before it sold, then flogged the parts on s2ki:thumbs:

S15 front end swap does look nice - but whatever parts you buy, they won't line up properly, and you'll need to put a lot of work into getting the gaps right.

The West Yokohama wings don't line up with the a-pillar properly. The Chargespeed wings don't line up with the bumper/lights properly. And no wings sit flush with the bonnet!

you could try finding somewhere in JP that sells a complete kit. Downside to that is the shipping. It could double your strawberry conversion.

its called strawberry as thats what 15 sounds like in japanese lol

its not easy and its not cheap. but the end result is rewarding
there is no better combo than the s15 face with an s14a rear IMO

IIRC dont chargespeed sell a S15 front for the S14a for around £1800 and if you sell you S14s front you COULD make 30% back again. Or if you asked driftworks, powervehicles or ghost-dancer they maybe able to import you something.
