This is just to say what a great area we have, great people.... Thanks all, this is what a club is about:sxoc:

Turbopychosis... helped with fitting my springs, boost gauge , dump valve cleaning my engine etc and got me interested in 200's

Ramps... loaning compressors with the springs he sold me, and putting himself in hospital removing them from his car

Matt for offering to do my springs even though he was in the middle of a turbo upgrade of his own

Studioworks for bargains and for supplying and fitting my hatch for a tenner

Christmas and boynextdoor for just being complete nutters

chil for the cheap badge

Barry for the wheels and delivering them

Everybody at the Cheltenham meet for making me feel welcome (I think)

It is a brill club, all the guys down this neck of the woods are great. They will try and help anyone on here if they have a problem.

It was probably quite lucky :nod: The rust got behind my contact lens and scratched the eyeball which was what caused the trouble, but when they where checking at the hospital, they found another eye problem (iritis whatever that is :wack: ) which they can sort now before it caused long term damage :thumbs:

3 days off work plus another to go to the hospital again next week :D i never mind an excuse to have time off :D

The only bad part is that I can't wear my contacts for a month so had to splash out £200 for specs today :eek: Great to be able to see again though :D

Not your fault at all mate :no: (and not the 1st time it's happened :wack: )

Apparently iritis is a major cause of blindness, so having to buy some specs is a small price to pay :)

Just come back from my 1st drive in an SX for a week as well :D :D

When I did mine, I couldn't get the old one off, so I took it to National Tyres in Royal Well because they said they'd swap them for a tenner.

I watched them do it - it took all morning, they had to bodge some brackets to hold it on and the guy doing it had to cancel the haircut he had booked :ghey: because he hadn't finished it :wack:

I gave them an extra £5 for their trouble ;) :D
