View Full Version : pre facelift side repeaters
i was wondering what looks best as the standard rectangular orange jobbies dont follow the lines of the car!!
i cant find any that are a direct replacement so i'll be using universal units which means there are 100's to chose from
what looks good?
my G reg 200 is in 'champane' gold/silver if ya know what i mean?

mk1 punto ones? they fit fairly well too iirc... x-trail or something ones go in, or give them a light dusty spray of your body coulour :)
Ive just ordered up Nissan Navara ones - straight swap and cost me £22 the pair
The [part number is on here somewhere if you have a search :)
How about some oval S14a ones.
I seem to have a pair lying around iin the garage at the moment :D

i've got punto ones on mine, bit of a bodge, but for 7.99 i didn't complain, superglue worked it's magic on them :D
anyone got any close up pics?
Mel how much would you want out of interest?
Cheers

I've got Punto ones and they are a near perfect fit
The wiring plugs are different, so I went to a scrap yard, got the plugs from a Punto and crimped them on

I don't know why Matty2Fatty needed superglue. Punto SX (mk1? )ones just clip straight in but are a bit more than 7.99 from Halfords, like a tenner more, in clear, smoke, blue, green and pink. I robbed a Tempra for bulb holders and Bluebird for connectors to make a short adaptor loom. Any larger fiat will have the right bulb holder, smaller ones like Uno are wrong. Bluebird side repeater looks like 200SX, has same connector on end off a short pair of wires that can be cut and can have spades crimped on - avoids cutting stock loom.
