just a can of pray paint then used very very fine wet and dry to flatten and smooth it

looks ace mate - i have that gear knob - but a genuine momo one :wack: also have the matchin gaitor, is that all you can paint on the s13 console then? as i want to paint mine soon :nod:

I like that had bought the paint to do mine siver too, why do people not choose to go beyond the ashtray though?

never used plastic primer, nor plastic paint as many advised, never had a problem.
Painted in nissan starburst silver:)

And usually the reason peeps dont go beyond the ashtray is cos its all part of the actual console, whereas the bit sprayed silver is removeable and so easy to spray and put back in :)

yeh plastic primed it first. The last bit is a bit more awkard as you have to tape the surrounding off but will get round to it soon. The bit around my speedo is also sprayed the same colour i'll try and get a pic of it up.
