Seen this one before.

Many of the in car videos I have seen of fast cars never appear to be fast.

This vid isnt like that, you can truly grasp the speed of that car. Its incredible, I want a drive :wack:

Edit - I love french roads, they are sooo nice. That car grips well round the bends as well. I want it

Never seen that vid before. Bloody awesome! As someone else said, the sound and speed actually match properly making it feel uber quick.

I didn't think it was an R8 when I watched it before, the bodyshell is too narrow:no:

No, in fact Gurston and Wiscombe are about the only two mainland hillclimbs ive not yet done (not done Boulet Bay-Jersey, Val de Terres-Guernsey or isle of Man either.....Yet:D )
Our championship comes to Gurston on september 9th, (8th wiscombe),so i will hopefully be there then:thumbs: Possibly another round at Wiscombe in May altho yet to be confirmed.

Were you there last september? My mate seriously pranged his supercharged 330bhp 3litre scimitar into the armco. Made a mess of the car but he was A-OK.

I did go to a few last year but dont remember that:no: Glad to hear he is OK though:thumbs:

If you are running this year and need somewhere to stay, let me know (dont stay at the Queens 'ripoff' Head). I have a spare bed and plenty of secure space to store your car over night:nod: :)

Why? Because it says on an interweb page? It's blatantly one of those smaller cars that are like caterham size. I don't know any names but it sure ain't a LeMans type car

It's not a sodding Audi ;)

If you don't believe me then here's (http://perso.orange.fr/castellanacompetition/) the teams website which just happens to have pictures of the car (currently for sale if you want it ;) ) and the original version of that video (in a bigger more usefull WMV format  (bottom right = Caméra embarquée Gémenos for you non-frog readers  )
In the multimedia section there're another 3 vids available aswell :Plug:

Fantastic video, it looks as if with a bit of practice he could go up faster!
Theres a lot of catching oversteer so i reckon with better track knowledge and practice he could be smoother still!

Imagine how fast he must be going if it looks that fast on vid
