If you've seen my post in Vegas, you will have seen that One of the lads at work got glassed in the face earlier this year resulting in him needing stitches around his eyes. I spoke to him on the phone and he said it hadnt gone to good and the guy had basicaly got off with it. I spoke to him again today and it wasnt basicaly it was TOTALY got away with it!!! nothing at all, aparently he'd never been in trouble with the law before so they totaly let him off for nearly blinding someone with a glass. What the hell is wrong with this country? aparently the cps cobbled together some half arsed case and couldnt realy be botherd to fight for it. Its like I shouldnt worry about glassing someone once cos in he eyes of the law the 1st ones free:mad:  And they wonder why the crime rate is so high in london.
Find that guy and then http://65.68.63.156/mysmilies/contrib/blackeye/AR15firing.gif http://www.gamers-forums.com/smilies/contrib/ed/SniperHeadShot2.gif http://jeeptalk.org/crack/smilies/contrib/geno/para.gif
Tis a shame we, as law (some ;)) abiding citizens, have to put up with this sort of crap and can only hope that the legal system can protect us. At the end of the day, the judiciary are only people supposedly elected from the commonwealth and hence are supposed to have our best interests at heart. The reality is so much different. :(
That's just fecking criminal!
I don't care how good he's been for the rest of his life, what sort of defence is that FFS!
They should put him, the judge/madge, the cps, and the "investigating" officer in a room with....... no, feck it, just lobotomize them.
Cheaply.
I think I'm going to move to New Zealand or something.....

:rage:
can he sue the guy for stress caused?
i can see a point when law abiding citizens are gonna set up private security teams and arm themselves with bats. when they see kids /yoofs making a bit of noise they will apply the bat as they see fit. and frankly I can't wait for this to happen. assuming i'm not one of those driving the team's van around.
i know its not quite relevant but its all part of the same picture.

MAKE your friend do it. He will win - get him to use a company like compensation claims (they wil not charge more than 25% of the claim). He needs to do this to fvck this W@nker over and let him know that its not allright to commit GBH just coz he's an angry twat! These arseholes p*ss me off so much:mad:
Anyone ever play Syndicate (or wars) on the Amiga / PC. Thats how the future is going to end up if this sort of sh!t carries on. Hired genetically modified assasins.
