 things are going from bad to worse at the minute. I seem to have lost my only key and I've some wierd boost problem. What a fcuking great start to 2007 :indiff: I feel like getting everything sorted and then selling the car
Does anyone have any idea how much this key issue is going to cost? New NATS unit, fobs and presumably locks as well

I will be there, hopefully an experinced avcr expert might be able to help fine tune my latest toy for the 200.
I have wired it all in, just need to do the setup on it.
Turned in to a bit of an epic when i was drilling through the passanger wheelarch/footwell - the bloody wind blew the wiring harness into the drill!!:annoyed:
Had to cut the mangled conector off and re-solder all the 11 wires back on:indiff:
Anyway i checked the sensor inputs and everything is getting a signal so it should be chocks away:smash:
Rich
Me and Steve B should be coming in my 14a, finally fitted with my new wheels and carbon bonnet. Yum.

The master Keyfob isn't for locking/unlocking the car with, it's for programing/synching the NATS with. :)
Although you'll have to ask someone with a manual to explain how as I don't have mine anymore :wack:

I thought that you could lock the car with the master but not unlock it? if I was to get a NATS keyfob(either cheap off a member....or nissan:rolleyes: )would I still be able to reprogramme it using the master key i've got?:)
Not that I'm paranoid :wack: but can you guys try to keep any chat about security off the public board please
I'm going to try to be at this one, last time i came everyone was hiding from me, so i'll get there on time.
If anyone wants/ needs uprated grooved front discs or calipers for an s14a then i'll bring them along.
Nick.

Anyone at the meet going to be able to help setup my avc-r, have only had a small play but it doesnt seam to be making boost right at the moment.
Set up 0.95kg/cm2 with self learn (2nd-5th)- but my autogauge says its only making 10/11psi?
0.95kg/cm2 should read 13.5psi
Once the AVCR has had more time to learn the car will the boost level sort itself out and increase to what i have specified?

Thanks to Jeff's assistance and the use of his driveway over the weekend, there's a good chance I might actually be in my S13 for this one! :sxoc:
Thanks again mate :)

Well, been meaning to join you chaps for the last 6mths now and perhaps this weekend might find the time. Need some local encouragement for the ol' S13 project.
Rich M - have been playing with my AVCR for some time now and got a lovely little boost map, so if I can make it happy to help out.

Sounds good i think i might need to add a bit more duty before i put it in self learn mode as its falling short of target boost. Does it make a difference if you setup hi boost Setting [A] first and then setup low boost Setting [B] or is it best to let it learn on low bost first, when boost is slower and more stable?
P1 Racing

Rich - All a bit more complicated than that unfortunately. First thing is to try and understand your boost curve with it switched off, and then work from there. NB Setting A and B are just 2 different maps, independent of eachother.

It doesn't:wack: , i try to plan my routes so i dont have to use them - if its unavoidable then its a 2mph at a diagonal to get over the sodding things.
It might go even lower when my refurb project wheels are ready to go on...
