Hey Dude,

Could we start a sticky thread in the SW section with just a single 640x480 pic of a members car and their username (and real name) ?

I know that the main SXOC page has members and their details on it, but most of them are empty :whip:

There are quite a few 200s around Bournemouth now, and I don't know who many of them are.

Just a thought...

Fine by me - reckon it'd be pretty handy as I forget who people are all the time :wack:

As it's your idea, do you want to start a thread with your pic, details and what the thread is for and I'll sticky it :thumbs:

It doesn't just have to be members though... and you can always leave plates out if you want... ;)

Something local might be useful where as a national thread in the members area would get too big and would pretty much duplicate what's on the main site (in theory anyway). :wack:

It won't be mandatory to post on the thread :D so anyone not happy with their details being in the public area won't have to post on it ;)

We started something like this for the Exeter area members last week. It has proved to be a good idea and now we are sorting a mini-meet for the 17th. Of course anyone is welcome but the aim originally was for us Exeter-ites to get to know each other rather than posting in the was-it-you forum thence reducing the number of posts there allowing more from others!!! :sxoc:

I think even as a non member its a good idea as I still turn up for meets and it would be good to know whos who, if kept in the members only it means members would not know who non members were at the meets either.......... confused myself now:wack:

Can be a bit confusing at meets sometimes. I find people recognise my car and not me (obviously). I have even been asked 'which one is R.Sendout?':wack:

Ummm, even though i dont have an sx anymore:wack: can i still post up:confused: i've made alot of friends through the forum and try to attend all meets and will prob re-new membership too as its the best Owners club out of all ive been on:nod:

I know as a non member I have no rights but is there a way we can keep the who,s who thread tidy? ie no chatting just who's who?? sorry if I have gone above my station lol!!
