View Full Version : Halfords
Right heres my dilemma, I had a problem with Halfords and i wrote a letter of complaint. They have replied to me with £20 worth of vouchers but in the accomanying letter It says that i bought the item after being informed it wasnt for my car (Not the case) and the manager witnessed this and told me that himself (also not the case!) and the part caused me trouble because i had fitted it wrongly (after i had followed the instructions to the letter).
Please help me, should i send the vouchers back and make a further complaint about the manager or take it and buy some bluey headlights or something similar? Help me please!

have they given u a refund of the product u bought as well. if so i would keep the 20 quid if not then reject their offer, they know theyre in the wrong or they wouldnt have offered the 20quid in the first place only my opinion tho
They bought me another one from another company but only after my car had been off the road for 2 weeks. Gits!

I'm suprised that they would know the difference between an S13 and S14  :D
Keep complaining, though must know they were in the wrong else they wouldn't have sent you anything.
Hold on to the vouchers, just in case;)
Make more complaints until you get enough vouchers for one of their pioneer sat navs.:D
Just dont buy stuff from Halford. They are almost usless.
im inclined to agree!
