I want to put a pic in my avatar but having the computer wisdom of a dead squirrel i cannot do 'owt'.Can someone tell me how to change my little pic i've got of my car into a GIF/JPEG file as its an .art file at the mo'.The avatar options won't allow an .art file to be used :(.Also how do i put a pic into my sig?(also of my car ,pic is stored in "My Pictures" folder in my comp.Sorry to sound like a dosey tw@t but i'd like to learn a bit more now:(:D

Open it with whatever software you used to save it as an .art file and then click "File" then"save as" below the file name should be a drop down menu that enables you to change the extenion to .jpg.
And I'll here no more mentions of dead squirrel young man:(

Sorry dude,i have a complex about it now Nath...only i turned one into 'Road Pizza' the other nite.I didn't know squirrells went 'Pop' when you run over 'em:(:(:D:rolleyes:

You'll have to get the pic hosted on the web somewhere... imagestation.com springs to mind.

Then you just use a link to it

Bloody thing was wandering about in the road, I slowed down to give it a chance to fly off, but the dozy sod did'nt see me, and then POP! Unfortunately there was a mum with some small kids in tow who saw it :eek: probably scarred for life...

You'll have to bear with me.Right, so i have joined up with imagestaion.com and that.But if all i do is post a link then i only have a link to the pic- not an actual pic in my sig tho'?Heeeeeeeeelp i want people to see my black beast
