Found a radar detector on the Tesco website pretty cheap at £169.95

It is on this page
http://www.tesco.com/p/templates/electrical/page.asp?libelecexpectagadget.htm

Its the Roadie Radar & Laser Detection Device EU500.

What do you lot think to this as I can get a 10% discount on this aswell.

Cheers,

Richard

It's probably total crap. The only detectors worth getting are made by Snooper or (if you can afford it) Bell. Road Angel or Origin Blue i are excellent for detecting fixed cameras. The ideal solution is a combination of the two.

I use the technology of advanced optics and a massive database of information to not get caught...

Don't bother with it, you get what you pay for. Lots of false alarms, and bugger all detection range in this case!

I've got a Bell 550 Euro (I think) which isn't bad, I tested a Snooper S5 which had almost identical performance to it. I'm getting a roadangel GPS and a Snooper laser jammer next year, then I should be covered.
