You need to do 2 things:
1. Locate the FPR (at the back of the fuel rail),

there is a short length of vacuum hose leading from the FPR to a length of hard pipe at the back of the cylinder head, there is also a length of vacuum hose coming from a pipe on the very back of the plenum (you may have a boost gauge or dump-valve plumbed into this same hose) you need to disconnect this hose from the plenum and connect the short hose from the FPR straight to the now spare outlet on the plenum.
2. There is piece of vacuum hose (not the breather hose) connected to the inlet pipe that goes from the AFM to the turbo, disconnect it and block off the hole in the inlet pipe.

Job done!
The Hot Start Solenoid is located on the passenger side suspension turret, you can rip all of the hoses off that are connected to it and remove it if you like.
