Don't you just love it? I don't - have to be up at 7 tomorrow for work and I can't get to fecking sleep! :mad: :mad: I knew there was a reason why I drank so much ;) - just wish I hadnt decided to have a sober night lol

you'll be needing to be having sex then. not being rude. just fact. all mammals, post-sex, become lethargic/sleepy/tired to make sure the sperm reaches the eggs, and doesn't... er... fall out.

edited to say: sex, or masturbation. you don't actually need to add sperm to the equation to induce sleep.
