evenin all, I aint been around lately, been busy splitting up with the wife. anyway, alls well and good now, and I'm ready to throw myself feet first back into the wonderful world cheap, fast, turbo'd fun!!! How's everyone? anything new and exciting I need to know before contiuing my sideways adventure?

I clung on to the 2***** with tooth and nail!!! :D

Gonna get the car sorted over the winter ready for santa pod next year. Nothing major, just get it all spangly and lovely!!!

I did mate. My ex missus rung up and said she was gonna shred a load of my old sh1t but she found my licence in an envelope and thought she'd give me a call!!!!
What a result finally I can stop trying to bribe the santa pod girls:D :D

lol!!! Good effort the ex-missus!! my first trip to the pod will be in april I think. For the streetracer thing. They're doing it on a saturday now. Got a feeling I'll be the only jap car there!!!!!! So I'm gonna do my best to show these poncy V8 boys a thing or two about forced induction :D :D

Last times drive home was good fun but I expected the 'tang to be a bit more aggressive on the A14
So er who makes a good V8 turbo then (not a cayenne please)

You have to remember that the ol' 'Stang aint built for corners (at the minute :D) and coming off that corner the japanese handling superiority showed and I will admit I was shocked at the pace you tore away from me!! :eek:

But trust me, it aint slow!! :D

To be honest I was quite shocked at that.
Mate I have a healty respect for the Tang esp. after winning its 100th race in 38 years in Trans Am. Quite an achievement.
I assumed you were unwilling to risk your licence.;)

Yeah, the Mustang does have a good heritage, and its different which is why I love it. For the money I paid for it I could have had a japanese turbo performance car of some description, but I have always loved American tin and the sound of a V8... :)

My friends Celica GT4 is about the same in a straight line, never done a straight head to head with a ***** though.... should be a good battle if you keep the boost under 14psi!!! :rolleyes:

You up for the Pod next year??

Er I might be running a bit more than 14psi with my new bits that are coming.
