Well it has finally happend my bottom end has finally gone south on me and I am in desperate need of another either bottom end or complete engine asap.

If anyone in the wales area has one going please let me know as she is my daily driver and I use her to go to and from work :furious:

so if anyone has or knows of one please can you let me know

Thanks to spesh for the engine I am sure that it will be good once I get it rebuilt :thumbs: we didnt get back and finished until 10 last night lol.

the water pump went and it lost its water then burnt off the oil and killed the be's so it's not that big a failier just I want it to build a fast road engine and another so I can still use the car. besides 163k miles and 18-20 psi boost dont go together with out a rebuild

You should have taken the bottom end that was up my place:smash: would have been fine for a rebuild and some extra spare parts. Its it in the skip now:smash:

I forgot about that doh :) yeah I've got one now and it is all striped and will be cleaning it up and rebuilding it as soon as I get the new bits :)

ok now I am rebuilding the engine how many miles would you gus sugest for a run in period? and should I run it in using stock boost levels?

What buffy said will help the power make the most power possible but no neccasaraly (sp?) last the longest. I'd do it that way myself :p
