can anyone tell me where to get a new driver for a Conexant CXT 10B6 HCF PCI please?
Don't trust the XP installed one.... think that is where half of the prbs are coming....

Can anyone recommend good power management stuff as well? I get a lot of spikes through speakers and screen from applications...

Failing that, which manufacturer actually made the modem? Conexant only make the chips. Though you're probably going to say that it doesn't say anything on it? :D This site http://www.modemhelp.org/ should help to find out who made it if you don't know.
