...I have my first track session booked and it looks like it will be a small turnout for 200's :cry:

Oddly www.sxoc.co.uk appears 3 times in the links page.
What are the opening times? Can't find it on the web site. I prefer to roll up last, park and walk straight in rather than arrive early and queue for ages.
What time does Jez practice and run?

Stuck the details into the head of this post. Myself and Big_dude will be there...anyone else want to meet up before we go in?

Give them a call its the only way you'll contact them,the phone numbers are on the web site for japfest II.
i also emailed them a number of times trying to get a club stand for another club i'm on, and they never got back to me :no:
When i called them this week they said be quick there is still space for club stands ,but you have to order your tickets in advance before they'll give you a club stand.
I do worry about parking outfield at donnington, as when i was at the renault freebie racing weekend there were a number of cars broken into, and when i parked up a policeman came over and told me to make sure there was nothing left inside my car on view as a number of cars had been attacked the day before:eek:
i'm up for it if you can get us a club stand if not i may go but in the micra:wack:

How about if you call them to try book a club stand and order your tickets,
then all of us that want to come call them and order ours and tell them what club stand we are on ?
Do you think they may let us do it that way maybe ?

Righty.. I have just called and spoken to Ian(Clubstand Organisation) But he has been on holiday for a couple of weeks and not had chance to catch up with the guy (Rob) That was sorting things in his absense. He told me that he is sure that they are fully booked for the event but i have been put on a waiting list for any space that should be freed up or another club cancel. I have asked for 10 Spaces and he will be calling me back should anything arise. The reason why there is a shortage of space is that the stands and show have been confined to the paddock area. And as its Time attack as well its gonna be a bit of a squeeze.
Otherwise we will have to park in the normal area but i have been assured by ian that they have staff manning the car parks as well as donnington park security.
Hopefully we will get some space but its not looking good...

I will be late anyhow wether we get a stand or not as i have got my MOT first thing...
Has anyone got a link to a website giving all the details of this, cost of paying on day, location, list of whats happening at what times etc.
I am planning on setting out about 8am, should arrive about 10, as I will have the little one with me and feel tight getting him so early he won't enjoy the day.

It kind of put me off a bit as I wasn't sure if he'd seen me etc, he was on a line I may have liked to have taken - not really sure if it would have affected my lap time much though.
