Hello all!!
A few of you guys will probably know me,as I had a bit of a lairy RX7 before getting an EK9. However, today I have just picked up an S14a and its much more fun to drive than the Civic (although i've found doesn't rev quite as high :D ) and its hopefully a damn sight more reliable than the RX7 was :furious:
Well, this is the RX7.

And this, is the S14a - bought from Taylor on here, it has most of the bits for stage one, but i'll probably just end up getting a fuel pump and injectors and going for the stage 2 instead, but who knows!

Lovin' that RX7! Apart from the reliability must be gutted to have sold/crashed/burned it ?
Nice looking 200 as well, the 350z wheels are a good match for the s14a. You'll have some reasonable competition power wise at the moment (except for those with broken cars lol). Need any help just give pretty much any of us a blast. Channie is resident "jap knowledge" merchant, mammoth is just plain awesome, wolfe is the concours geezer (if you want your car cleaned decently give him a buzz), adam is a spanner monkey :p with his lady for morale, and i'm kinda the guy that just likes to get his hands dirty and get stuff done, oh... gary is a panel beater by trade but there are rumours about other beatings he performs but that's just kinda sick....

Any RX7 just blew up, again. Couldn't be bothered in the end, lol.
yah, channie (andy) has burnt his clutch out on his white s15, so in the next few days he is sorting it out with a lovely new exedy unit and flywheel (the tart).
btw... get along to the plymouth meet on the 21st at the lyneham in. fair few peeps coming along :) good chance to get to meet pretty much everyone.

Welcome to the proper sports car club mate, as Matt said - get along to the meet on the 21st... it's shaping up to be a goodun!
I would say that the RX7 was more of a 'proper' sports car :rolleyes: but the 200sx has awesome and cheap (in comparison to other makes/models) tuning potential.
Do you live in Plympton? I'm actually just around the block from Twink.

I'd also say the RX7 was more of a sports car, but it was far more tempramental and the 200sx is far easier to live with.

Yeah, I decided to spend the money off the EK9 on paying off my debts and buying something cheaper than the Audi. I've jsut graduated, so need to pay them off now!

Not too much to be honest. Took it easy coming home, as I had a load of other bits in the car like original wheels, original intercooler etc and I didn't fancy getting chinned by flying debris!
Will have a bit of a play later though

Good to meet uncle silvia and yourself today. Even though we've briefly met/seen each other a dozen times at CSW type stuff or on the piss. Car looks good, 350z wheels fill the arches pretty well. Be good to see the pics uncle silvia took today.

Its why he's never out with us apparently... he's always wasted on the sat nights so feels rough as a dog (or still drunk) on the sunday lol.
It seems i'm one of the few to have actually sighted him! hehe

Still rolling on freeview at my house mate, so unfornately unable to watch UFC. Occasionally catch some Muay Thai on channel 5. The receiving end of the head clinch and knees is not nice i can tell you - and we only train semi contact at the gym. God knows how much a well placed knee would take the wind out of you in a full contact fight.
Envious at the total lack of hangovers. I used to get that when i was about 16 and going everyones first club JFKs! Must be getting old.
