Why when I make posts does it say under my username non-member? when i am member of sxoc (joined some months ago and received my pack)
Or does it mean something else (like iam not part of an elite crew)?

go to user CP and on the left hand side click edit profile.
you should see this ....
http://www.sxoc.co.uk/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=36829&stc=1&d=1156609468
where it says custom user text put something in there and it should change :)
can you see the members section in the main forum index? if not drop ken a pm, probably a case of you're name doesn't match what you registered with or something :)

Cheers guys thanks stu for the attached picture but its not in my edit profile.
Also i dont have a members section in the main forum index.
Will send Ken a pm about this then.
If his status is still "NON-MEMBER" then he's not in the member section of the site. You need to talk to an Admin mate!
Ken is away for a few days, sure it will be sorted quickly when he comes back :)

When we process a membership we check to see if the new member is registered on the forums, if they are, they are given access to the members area automatically, if they join the forums after becoming a member this will not happen and they need to PM/email me to let me know they have joined the forum , it does tell you this in the membership pack letter you received and in the membership FAQ in this section, there is also a sticky thread in this section to post your username on to let me know.
