View Full Version : Yay! Just got the keys to my unit
Just picked up the keys to a small industrial unit near Newbury :)
No more working on my car in the rain, no more working underneith my car on cat poo infested gravel and no more pissing off the neighbours.
Also means I'll be able to offer more services (like fitting electronic devices, engine management, SAFCs, AVCRs etc)
No pictures yet as its empty and extremely unimpressive, but I'm pleased :)

I've already got a man working on that ;)
nice one Jez, I know the feeling of relief you get by not having to work in the dark and rain just to get stuff finished. well done
Just fitting my VEMS AFR/EGT gauge ( www.h-dev.co.uk/site/egt-afr-gauge.htm ) :Plug: and its great not having to roll around in cat poo infested gravel :hurl: losing parts every few minutes...
I've had a look at the S12 ECU - looks pretty straight forward to be honest. I just don't know anyone with an S12 to test with.
Looks great, Jez - I'm jealous :)
Now you just need a few tuning part posters on the walls like the units in Fast and the Furious :wack:
Oh, and some heaters for working in the winter
Jez, congrats!
When can I book my car in to have the stuttering diagnosed? :wack:
Only just seen this
I'll bring you a stereotypical clock for the unit tomorrow :D
Sounds excellent jez, good work fella
Just seen this mate. Nice one. I'll be down to see you again soon once my new car gets here.

Good stuff, nothing worse than crawling around in mud/gravel/puddles/cat shit. Do you mind me asking where you found it and how much it was as i've started to have a look but can't seem to find what I need (PM if you like)
/wonders if he can hobble for mapping....
Need any wiring done? ;)
Looking nice mate. All the best with it. Is it far from your place?
Nope - about 10 mins down the road :)
