Hi guys

A mate of mine has an S14 that needs looking at. It has a rattle coming from the engine. Can anyone recommend a garrage near Bristol we can book it into?

Describe his rattle :)

Obviously checking with you if it's the classic VVT rattle. (Check the threads as there is currently some research going on into that to see if it's a weak spring)

I have not had a listen to the rattle yet. I will try to listen over the weekend and let you know(Thats if he hasn't put it in a garrage) :)

It’s about 2/3 hours away from Bristol, but I’d recommend PTS :Plug: Chris has guys from all over the place coming to see him – and he’s excellent – specialises in 200s :nod:

I think buffy is snowed under he just does it at the weekend/hobby.

Dont take the car to interpro. :nod:

Bring it to next months meet and we can listen to the rattle, defo not just VVT?

yep i think the best option will be to come up to the next meet with it.

is it still 3pm? its been almost 2 years since my last meet (my 200 covered in dust in garage) :rolleyes: :)

It starts at 2 Marty but there are nearly always people still about until 4. Next ones not until September tho :(

No way is it 2 years since we last saw you there!!?? :eek:
