my mother bought a car months ago, and for various reasons had to go back to the dealer. for 5 months she has been fobbed off with silly time wasting answers.

So it kicked off basically. Manager was a total dimbo assuming because i was in jeans and a hat that he had me under control in his posh suit etc.. wicked fun. The chimp will not be subdued. :D

wont say too much incase it turns litigious ;) shocking good fun though.

hehe dont let them get away with it tho. Make sure your mum gets the service off them that she needs for her car. Letter of complaint, citizens advice bureau, small claims court, trading standards etc... I dislike it when businesses rip off or mess individuals about.
