What is this place like?

Seriously considering moving back to Wales.

Basically I can no longer afford to live in the Cotswolds any more. Seen the bank, got rid of Credit Card, trying desperately to keep the SX and head above water.

(Bloody company restructoring.)

If anyone knows of a cheap place to rent - with off road parking or garage, near to either the M4 or Heads of the Valley - Eastern end - please let me know.

Personally I wouldn't live in Maerdy, no ammenities, no train service and is bleak as feck, but there are some places which are not to bad in the Valleys. I've just sold my house in the Rhondda as I wanted to get out of there, full of steriod freaks:nod: Treorchy is not to bad though. Houses go form around £85K for a 3 bed terrace upto £200K+ for a nice detached house with some land. Pm me if you want any more info :thumbs:

thats mel b he keeps on selling all the roids to the freaks :wack: i remember being at a party at llantrisant years ago and the 'roid boys turned up.

'alright butt look at me muscle after two weeks of 'roids' boyos :wack: with a similar apperance to he-man

i am surprised mel aint a millionaire now :confused:

You're right. Had a lot of negative feedback about the place. Possibly now looking at Bryn or Briton Ferry.

The only plus point about the place in Maerdy is the rent. £325 pcm for a 3 bed house WITH GARAGE.- almost half what I am currently paying for a 2 bed with NO garage.

Got another appointment with the bank next week but am still looking for somewhere else - i.e. cheaper - to live.

Even if I sold/broke the car I would still be in the sh*t.

Looking for another job as well.:wave:
