storm damage

recently my car got assaulted by an estate agents for sale sign !

do you think i could make a claim for the resulting damage ?

I would have thought so. If the sign was improperly secured then I should think you have a case for a claim against either the estate agents or the company that puts them up.

Whos property was it on? Yours or a neighbours?

it was on a neighbours house, car was on road

You definately have a case.......

Don't forget to tell them that it hit you and when it hit your car, it smashed the T3 on your engine and replaced it with the t25 that's on there now..


Oh, and it also pinched your Veilside body kit...;)

estate agent is responsible for their sign.... and its securings. If the sign causes damage to property or person there's defo room for a public liability claim to be made against them....

you should be fine!
