There's a bloke in the next street with an Escort RS Turbo as his weekend fun car. Now we have the occasional chat about cars and although his choice of 'fun' might not be mine, he's always struck me as ok. He obviously cares about his car alot and it is IMMACULATE and whenever I've seen him on the road he always drives with due regard to other road users.

Was talking to him last night as he was doing some work on his car. Asked him what he was up to and he replied that he was fitting neon washer jets and under car lighting :eek: :eek: :eek:

This bloke is in his 40s for god sake, what's wrong with people:confused:

OH DEAR!!!

I can't stand that sort of thing - neons and LED washer jets just scream 'NOVA!' It's the kind of thing every kid puts on their piece of sh*te 'cos they're under the delusion it'll make 'em cool.

When modifying, as a general rule, I always ask "Will it make my car go faster?" Before I do it :cool:
