ive got a mountain bike, it's not been used in 5 years or so, not sure what help i could be if any.

i know they have two wheels tho :D

Managed to flog my spare mtb at work last night, but apparently the gears are a bit out of alignment on the middle cog atm. Need to get someone more competant than me to check things over & see what has to be done to fix the issue. Been years since I've tinkered with bike setups & don't want to be taking it to a shop & getting the same treatment a woman does when she takes her car for a service. :D :wack:

Front mech, I know its just simply tinkering with the adjustment screws... but I generally throw it out worse than it was before :(
