View Full Version : Accountant anyone?
Can anyone recommend me an accountant in the Bristol area, would like a free consultation if poss. Preferrably someone who deals with self employed people
I hear that Ian Tomlin consultancies are really good. They are expensive, but you pay for quality.
I am using a guy Kirkster recommended to me called Bernard Rogers... he is based in London but the guy is superb so far - takes the time to answer all my questions and is sensible money :)
PM me for details.

I'm a qualified accountantant in Bristol but don't specialise in personal accounting and tax. Will gladly consult, prove credentials, charge a fee and then do a runner... ;)
Monkey, who is it - I can't seem to find it on UJCC
P1 Racing :p it's pretty simple stuff I'm after, just advice really - I've no idea what I'm doing :smash:
Thanks for the number mike :notworthy will give him a bell next week
*cough* did someone say accountant? *cough* ;)
I forgot you were an accountant  any good with personal tax? :)
personally im not, but tax is an area i want to get into this year, emmas sister is a part time self employed, qualified accountant that specialises in self employed people/tax. and her full time job is doing exactly the same bt for a big chartered accountantcy firm ;)
i can have a word if you tell me what you want to know :)
she likes spending aswell so will do anything for not much cash ;)
Something that you want to get into then maybe sell in 3 weeks :p

thats the thread, he's in devon though,
oi, i think it will be more like 4 (can you sell a qualification?) :p
ive heard that emma sis makes just as much from her full time job (9-5) as she does in her self employed job (sat only) so the thought has crossed my mind about going into tax, it would pay better than being a cost accountant like i am now.
