Hi all,

Anyone recommend a good HTML book or interactive CDROM for a Newbie!

I am an IT Technician (hardware Support) and we have been tasked to support our local intranet and to familiarize ourselves with ASP and VBscript.

I am thinking about starting at the bottom with HTML and working my way up.

Any recommendations

The cheapskates! Why can't they employ one of the thousands of unemployed web designers/developers currently knocking around eh?

Your best bet is to look on the internet... must be a beginner's guide to HTML out there. Or get one of those SAMS books.

i Can answer that...Its an Education establishment!

The wont pay the wages that Web Designers/Developers demand.

Suddenly due to cutbacks, everyone is expected to be responsible for at least 2 roles.
