To sum up, I hated it.

Had to drive to Oxford for a meeting so I got the keys to a new Ford Fusion.

Its a Ford KA on stilts !!!

Its ok driving in a straight line but when you get to a bend or a roundabout you go like this ---->

Dash is very un-inspring and very cheap plastic.
A lift up storage compartment in the top of the dash which was nice, but when I lifted It, it felt like it would just break off.

The all round view was good and it felt like a solid car, but you had to crawl round any curve and I mean crawl.

Both me and our lass had a drive in it, we both have ankle ache from the positions of the pedals as well.

In our opinion, we would not buy one.

I don't really understand the point of cars like that.

I can see the point of something like a Zafira i.e. you get 7 seats (if you really need them and at least you can get it with a turbo :D )

But a Scenic/Fusion etc. 5 seats yet apparently they're people carriers  Don't seem to me to be any more veratile or smaller than an ordinary Focus or something

So what the hell is the point!?

Ford are cynically marketing it as the tall car for the terminally inept, insecure, unimaginative ****ing numpty...

This week i shall be mostly treating Ford Fusion driver with utter distain.

T w a t s. More respect for a sodding Reliant Robin...

Cheers, Phil (feeling much better now)
