Ideally I'm after a 6' punchbag, has anyone got one that they bought, used once then put away in the garage/atiic??

Unfilled is fine (for postage purposes).

Also, If anyones got some good quality boxing gloves I may be interested in them as well.

Been going Muay Thai boxing and I need to start getting my own kit, there's is all sweaty....urgghh.

cheers

Get yourself a Cadaver, much more realistic. only prob is it wouldnt last long before it smelt to much. you can get dogs and all sorts so you not just restricted to humans. ;):D:D

Thats fighting talk where I come from..........good job I've moved.

Muay Thai is the maximum violence version of kickboxing :D
full Thai rules fighting involves kneeing and elbowing to the face/upper body and generally being allowed to kick each other to a bloody pulp......great fun.

I alos like the cadaver idea, however, I'll be mounting my bag/cadaver outside in the wall so it may look a bit sus when I'm lugging down the path back to my garage......appreciate your input though.

Been going Muay Thai boxing
Ha ha welcome to the world of swollen shins and hard god dam work.:)
It will change your life and you will have no time for anything else, it's wicked.

No punch bag though, sorry.
I did it for three years and,for my few fights, was never beaten in the ring.
Be warned though, I now have problems with arthritic hands/wrists, shoulders and knees/shins....oh and I am only 22.
Don't let that put you off though, it really is a good sport.:D :D

I should hope not.

;) ;)

Tell me about it......current injuries are:-
-Knackered left tricep (threw an awkward left hook)
-Bruising to both insteps (tw@t holding the pads stuck his elbows out just as I gave him a full power roundhouse)
-Feck off blue bruise on left knee
-Bruised sternum/ribcage

Your right though, its the best fun you can have without being arrested.
Only been 7 or 8 times but I'm keen to get in the ring for a proper fight. Gonna train for 12 months or so and see if I can get good enough.

Hmm dangerous stuff, in the same vain as a post about someone breaking up their 200....

.... Can you add me to your wills? I'll gladly look after your lovely motors once you've been involved in that sport for long enough ;)

Fill it with gravel for Muay Thai :D

Hard work and painful. And any skinny Thai boxer will STILL kick your ass after 4 years of practice!
