Dear Madam

Yes you, the delightful lady that helped me test my brakes today. I do believe thats the most rigorous test I have performed yet. (And under the most pressured of situations) The ABS didn't cut in however (thankgod) yet I did manage to lockup a wheel, which at high speed was rather testing my ability to hold the vehicle in a straight line. Yet, without your wonderful help, I did manage to avoid any hospital treatment.

To be reminded in detail of the moment where the brake test began, and my subsequent stamping (progressively of course) on the brake pedal, is rather exciting. I wonder if the M25 is a common place for you to execute such testing....

I do however wish to make ONE comment... (actually several)

Next time you decide to pull blind into the outside lane, with myself quite obviously (and you might as well remove your mirrors because I was a very obvious vehicle in the outside lane) behind you, please ****ing tell me first, or may i suggest...

... and please, as radical a suggestion this may sound...

Use an indicator ? hehe, I know i know, it's laughable, but I really DONT fancy mixing my bonnet with your rear (*nudge nudge* *wink wink*) and maybe informing me of your pending action with the flashing orange lights adorning your car.

I do have some advise as well. If you ever intend to travel on a German Autobahn, I suggest you take out some serious life insurance, not just for you, but possibly the rest of Germany...

Please don't think however, madam, that my insults are aimed at you because of sex, race, religion or even (god forbid) your choice of motor vehicle, my reaction to your actions are simply based on your one quality I could be prejudice about...

YOUR DRIVING !

Yours Regretfully

Simon

I'm afraid I must agree with these sentiments. I had exactly the same thing happen to me last week. I was driving on a narrow, twisty DC when I happen upon a woman driving an MPV at about 60. I was doing about 95-ish. Just as I'm about to overtake, she decides to drift leisurely into the right hand lane. No other traffic on the road. Amid much brake slamming and horn sounding she moves over. After another 30 seconds of driving in the right hand lane. There are some strange people about. Should they really be driving if they are that blind?!

You do get some right tw4ts on the road. Sad to say most (but not all of them!) are women :(

My fiancee also admits that TAC

(and she is a woman too :) )

(and if she is reading this, a really good driver as well)
