Damn, Phil. I'd love to come along to this being just up the road, but my car is a little poorly after the trip to Belgium last weekend. Please do more when you can

Lydd have invited the drifters to come down for practice & he's asked me if I'd like to help out, so I've said yes. Stiggy will probably also be hand, though I'm not sure he kows this yet!
We'd be using an extended section of the circuit as used in the Autglym round & will most probably be used for the EuroDrift round.
Camping with Showers

Sessions Practice all weekend:
Tuition & Tips available all weekend from D1 Licenced Drivers & Experienced Tutors

But I was at santa pod :( .
I would like to attend one of these so i'll keep my eyes open for any in the near future ???
But people should maybe stand clear cos i'll probably be quite poo to start off with.
Not actualy had a real go except for on roundabouts and in dark carparks, shhh:D
You might be better served using a wide open space first Jonny - Lydd is relatively tight, and although there is run off, you may still go smashing into something ............ having said that I was pretty shit when I first started there :wack:

Don't suppose you know of any ??? :)
*edit* I can drift ok, its just the controled bit that needs some work. And have taken trophys from lydd before so know the track well.
But you're right, i should probably find a big open space to get some serious practice down. I've got 8 standerd tyres to pop and a car that works well at the moment:nod: I just wish i knew somewhere to go  :(
