ok guys, as its less that two weeks to go i thought id get the ball rolling to see whos going and who wants to convoy up/back.
initial meeting place will be the beefeater at marsh mills.
unsure on a time at the moment but i will update this post accordingly.
if any of you guys from further up want to meet us on the way then just say where would be good to meet.
not sure if we will be leaving early enough to catch the bristol guys before they leave but i will check with them before the time comes.
route will be:
beefeater
a38/m5 to j with the m4
m4 to j(whatever it is, lol)
follow the signs and the rest of the cars to castle combe
we can meet anyone on that route :)
so, names and meeting place please.

my dads towing the fc up at 5 i think i am leaving in my sx at around 7 as i got to be at briefing by 11, a few others convoying up with me maybe, if you go around 7 i will be there.

Shotgunning in the rex for me. Doubt my clutch is solid for that much driving... and its cheaper in the rex.
getting a s14 turbo from a guy in bristol tonight, if the car still doesn't work, which it should now, i can drive my dads shogun anyway so i am going 100%!

I might be leaving at 5 now because i might do the 9 oclock briefing and have a track session at 11, but if i don't go early i will be at beefeater by 7.

Was listed as sunny intervals for Saturday at Bristol when I checked yesterday... its now changed to showers. I'm with Si, not much of a pissing it down with rain person.

After my trip to london its left me kinda broke... also it seems ive got to spend 2 more days there next week... and alot of stuff im doin at the mo is gettin out sourced to IBM, and i apparently go wit the work, so may be moving away 5days a week for 6months at the end of june :(

I've got the this and next saturday off work, which means i can get my paintwork sorted by gary next sat :) But the cost of this is basically a trip up and back to combe, so i'm still unsure if i should or not. (cos unfortunately i don't pee pound coins :wack: )

will post up pics when i recharge my camera.

discusing new project already! fd rx7 fully preped track car is on the way from japan with blown engine, thinking big block supercharged v8 with nitrous, but not 100% yet.

nice pics the guy in the blue 32 was really good imho, didn't actually like the wide bodied r33, also prefered the redline skyline in the gulf colours!!!!

Found the bunch of 200s eventually, but noone was by cars, saw a few people chatting but i felt a little silly without a car, if you understant, makes it a bit hard. As soon as i get one i will be heading straight to a meet (will convoy to exeter) to get to know you guys, cant wait! :)
Yeah we passed a guy with with short dark hair and blood all over his face (the other guy had unruly curly hair).. the guy with blood kept saying 'sorry...*mutter mutter*' to his mate as we passed.
We did wander over and look at all the sx's but you guys wouldn't know me from adam :rolleyes: Really liked the s14a with version select kit and wider front arches in black :) Went really nice together. Are you gonna get a rear bumper or stay with spats eh? :P
Glad i decided not to take my car on track near end of day, as i didn't have track insurance, and saw a few nicely dented motors today :smash:

well yeh these two guys walked off with one of the wheels that were by my car while we were all by the pits. we got back and a few people pointed us in the right direction and we caught up with them round the other side by the skid pan, me my dad about 5 marshals and 5 of my mates were running after them looking for them, after the long run it was me at the front and a marshal in a landrover, everyone else was a while behind so me and the marshal gave them both a good kicking then made the c**ts carry the wheel back to my car in shame past all the people that saw the chase.
