Yeah, sorry Bren but I don't need to spend £500 on a big IC since I started carrying a load of scrap plumbing fittings around in the engine bay....

....and Maclaren can"t afford the copper to make rads from.....

....and the CEGB can't afford for people to go round nicking their high tension lines...:eek: :eek:

I thought power-lines were made out of aluminium as well. Something to do with conduction at v.high voltages, apparently aluminium is better than copper, oh and its much lighter as well.

Sounds an interesting theory to me, just waiting for his test results to be posted ;)

The bit about a lovered cover for his WMIC is very interesting as one of the failing of the S14s (and maybe S13, Ive not seen one fitted) original ic is that the air flow is blocked by a dirty great plastic shield. If this shield could be ditched then the ic would work far better but you cant just throw it away as the core would get covered in cr@p and battered by stones etc being flicked up by the front wheels.

Mycroft seems to have found a way round this problem that allows unrestricted airlfow through the ic core and yet its still protected.

Worth a few ponies to you lads if anyone can figure out exactly what he meant and what he has done ;)

Got to the bit where some tw*t claimed that there was a 50% increase in air volume between 30degC and 50 DegC.
Guess the laws of physics dont apply to cars or something then. Sounds like he just plucked those figures from thin air to sound intelligent. I presume we all know enough about the gas laws here to see what absolute cr*p this is.
