Been offered Wednesday 19th July @ Brands.
All day, I think if we invite friends from FCCUK, MX5OC and maybe SOC we can fill a day and make it an exclusive event again :thumbs:
Would you BOOK this date.
Please only vote DEFINATE if you are sure, thats sure you'll book your car, not sure you'll watch, or maybe I'll book, or I'd like to book but YES, I WILL BOOK.
Still waiting on price, but the standard price for this event is £175 looking at the webiste, thats for a weekday in may.

I am interested but I need to get my car running should be ok by then though.

Voted "Boss allowing, but I am my own boss :wack: ". Unfortunately, I can't check my diary at the moment because I am off work for 2 weeks waiting for my balance to be restored. I did love driving round Brands, but i'm uber skint this side of my summer holidays.
Don't think that other than Japfest, i'm going to get another trackday in before August/September.
Any chance of a nice cheap one like before Kev?

I would imagine it will be double last times, as its a full day, not an evening.
I dont know if we can pull off a full-day without serious help from some other clubs, we are going to need 70 entries .........

For me the evening idea worked perfectly, no need to rush up there getting stuck in traffic in the morning and plenty of track time to enjoy :D plus an easy drive home too

I'm pretty much a definate even if it is a full day :nod: Would much rather be with sxoc folk than randoms.....
i cant say 100% until after 16th june(ish) as i'm expecting a second child. well the wife is anyway:D

YAY, full day :thumbs: Half day was OK but it was all over so quickly.. didnt help that I turned up a ikle late.

Other dates I'm looking at, which are public dates that we can gate-crash are 15th June (sessioned) and 21st June (Open Pitlane). There will be a choice of morning/afternoon/both on these. We also wont need 70 cars and help from other OC's so much less stressful for me to organise :nod:
I don't know about anyone else, but i'd love to go later in the summer - end of July/August time.
I've got holidays and stuff in July. :(

I think that the best might be to "gatecrash" a public event, theres some more to appear yet on the list (http://www.motorsportvision.co.uk/trackdays/trackdays.asp?circuit=bh&type=Car&Submit=Search) and I think Alex will be posting some offers soon.
Current MSV offer is
If 10 SXOC members do the same trackday - 10% off
If 20 SXOC members do the same trackday - 10% off + instructor to use between them.
You can therefore chat at local meets, pick an event and book any dates you wish :D

I must admit although I had misgivings about the evening format of the last trackday in April it actually worked really well and I found I had more than enough driving time so if MSV were interested in offering another mainly 200SX event like that with a barbecue thrown in I'd be up for it :)

Overall it worked very well for me too, loved the barbecue. :thumbs:

The last one was excellent for me - hopefully after Japfest I have a mit more commitment and understanding on how far I can push the car and cornering speeds :)

There seems a few of you that are keen, but generally not much interest for a event as big as before.
If those that are going pick a date on the MSV calender and get 10 people interested I'll arrange the 10% discount. 20 = 10% discount + instructor to share.

I'm definately interested in both... what ever the majority want to do. GP circuit sounds :cool:

I'll be up for something in July funds permitting after Oulton :)
Running out of holiday days cause of all the trackdays this year lol. No prob though just have to work my nuts off the week before and build up some hours then take a flexi day :)
I would prefer the 7th :nod: The 13th would be a problem for me because I work nights and a lack of sleep and track days do not mix. :eek:

June is too soon for me with D1 in the middle. July onwards would be ideal... I'm liking the look of Silverstone too now :D
