registering problems

my dad is trying to sign up so that he can post on the forum.

he signed up first as 'biffa' but he never recieved a confirmation email and still couldnt post. assuming a error somewhere he tried again as neil_t however he has had exactly the same problems.

just wondering why and if its something we havent done:confused:

Do you have a spam filter ? Check the spam folder.

He's registered for membership on the main site instead and not the forum, he needs to http://www.sxoc.co.uk/vbb/register.php to register on the BB

out of interest.. how long have the "coming soon" messages been on the how-to guides on that front page?

If the front page has been under construction since before Ken joined, then I make that nearly four years

EDIT - blimey. The SXOC hasn't held an event since 2002 either.
