A new Y.T.S lad gets sent to a department store for his 2 weeks training,
On his first day the manager says to him
"we like to make a sale with a sale"
The lad askes what he means by this, so the manager tells him to watch him & he will use the first customer of the day as an example & then the lad can have a go...
A man walks in & the manager says, "ok watch me"
"Can I help you sir"?
"Yes" says the man, "I'd like to buy some grass seed"
"certainly" says the manager & can I interest you in a lawn mower, as you will need something to cut the lawn with when it grows"
"What a good idea, i'll take one" says the man....
The manager says to the lad, thats whats called, making a sale from a sale, now you have a go on the next customer"
Just at that, the next man walks in & the YTS lad starts off...."good morning sir, can I help you"?
"Yes please, i'd like to buy some sanitary towels please"
"Certainly sir, & may I interest you in a Lawn mower"
"And why on earth would I want to buy a Lawn Mower" asks the man.
"Well, say' the YTS lad, You might as well cut the fcuking Grass cos you aint gonna get a sh*g this weekend!"
