broke ligaments :(

the other day i was lifting a concrete drain with another builder when something went pop and i had a sharp pain in my legs and spine... went to physio the other day, turns out ive damaged and torn about 5 ligaments in my spine... ouch!
turns out it will take a while to heal, so im gonna be sore for a while... and it hurts to drive long distances... sooo... i was wondering if anyone here knows where i can get one of those fully adjustable car seats?
is there one that can be adjusted all over the place? or shall i just stick to rebuilding the seat ive got?

also... does anyone have a spare spine? mine is aching quite a bit...

the pain i can live with ... just...
but its the physio that scares me... vicious cow... when i say ouch i prefere not to be bent even further into an unatural position... but do they listen?

gotta see her again on thursday... good in a way coz i will be in pain from driving to reading and back... i should be able to stick the bills on the insurance claim though.

haha ive already tried the beaded cover lmao... was black beads... thought id see if it helped... instead the beads dug into my back AGONY! so now i have learnt my lesson... i might see if i can get hold of those recaros once my money comes through.
thats the kind of seat i was talking about though... the ones i have are ok but dont offer enough support so i end up slouched in the seat.
