To make matters worse i can’t find my standard one  :annoyed:

All sorted for now :)
Went to long life first thing this morning and had them weld it all back together lol
It was one of Bren’s BUT looking at the way it went its all down to the fact there is no bracket to take any stress off it.
It completely snapped in two with loads of fractures present along all welds apart from the elbow to down pipe flange.
I would advise anyone with any type of aftermarket turbo elbow to have a brace made up for support, as you are running on borrowed time
While he was under the car he repositioned all my Exhaust hangers and took some measurements ;)
Im now having a custom Turbo elbow and combined down pipe made as one piece, and it will be 3 inch from turbo to tail pipe then :)
I can’t believe the restriction the turbo elbow must have been causing as there is a bottle neck effect...
Turbo flange to Turbo elbow side is 2 1/4 ish no more though
Turbo elbow to down pipe flange is 2 1/4 ish
Down pipe for first 2 inches changes from 2 1/4 to 3 inches
Is there any reason for the separator in the Turbo elbow? As if there is i will get one put in the new pipe i have made :)
