I fking mean it too.
just got a call from the garage who have had my car nearly 1 week (and been held up by parts people).
They filled the engine up with the required water and started it. all the water then exited through a faulty gasket.

WHY ME?
This always happens. It happened when I had the beetles and the VWs.
I should have learnt not to get excited about things. I'll admit it, I have been pacing the floors this morning, excited at the prospect of getting my baby back this afternoon. And now look, slapped in the face again.

Last time I got this excited about a car, it jumped off a trailer and nearly killed my mate.
Jesus, i get so pissed off and i am sorry to rant.
i'm going back to my corner now.
and, worst of all, i have to be in Portsmouth tonight as my gran's friend has just died so I need to go check my gran is OK. I have to get there by train, get back by train, can't be on hand here to deal with things. And I can't have a bloody drink either
