Whenever I log onto a new site or banking facility I ALWAYS write down my username and password...etc. onto a Word document on my PC.
However, being the complete fecking TW4T!!!!! I am, I've deleted it completely.....
Can I get it back? or shall I end my life now???
It has taken about 3-4 years for all this info and about 6 pages long...

Stating the obvious perhaps but have you looked in the recycle bin?
Thats about the limit of my IT knowledge by the way.:)
Who forgot the back up disc then,or the automactic backup on drive C. Its easy to be wise after the event.
There are programs that can recover lost files. You might be able to find it on tucows (http://www.tucows.com). Just remember the more you use your hard disk the more data gets really erased.
Your files are not permanantly deleted from your hard drive. It's more a case of a flag has been put up to say that you want to (or not in your case) have the file appear deleted.
Have a look at this link as it may help
http://download.com.com/3120-20-0.html?qt=file+recovery&tg=dl-2001&search=+G
:p
Also have a look if you have an auto recovered version of the file (usualy in) C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Word or in C:\WINDOWS\TEMP but you will probably have to dig through a load of other crap in there.
