Sunday March 5th At the Exeter Services.
2pm start at the services or 12.30 meet at the Beefeater, Mersh Mills Plymouth.
i might not be able to make it as my engine comes back from the machine shop on friday, might be a little hard pushed to assemble it in time and get it in.
add your names below if you fancy coming along. the feb meet was a good turnout so hopefully the sun will be out again and we can get even more people this time!!

might come if i'm not working but am taking my car to apt on the 4th so won't have it bak till the 11th might have to bring a saxo if its allowed and i won't get stoned. (by rocks)!

It is unlikely that I will be japped up by then as well so don't chuck all your rocks at Slidders Saxo save some for me (just the big ones for the Saxo;) )

I got my ball joint yesterday so gunna try and fit it tonite and get it alligned on saturday, and some new rubber attached! If all goes well, i'l try and attend

Well im on the lookout for an s14a in the next few months, and even with all the wealth of knowledge ive got from the board ive yet to actually get a good look at one up close! Only ever seen them drive past me (a black one in exeter a fair bit with after-market alloys, see it in tesco on saturdays - looks clean - anybodys on here??)
So if im welcome, i might pop along to have a look, meet some people, and ask a few questions! I will be in an old battered white mk1 clio (had the thing for 4 bloody years now - damn uni commitments!)

Awesome, i'll make sure to come over then. I missed the last one and feared there wasnt going to another for ages, so was happy when this poped up!
Based just near the city centre, so its only a 5-10 min drive to services which is lucky, so got no excuse! :thumbs:
the jap car meet is the first sunday of every month, unless theres shows.
:thumbs: make sure you do, you got no excuse now.

Channie_boy: if you can get the car up on axle stands with all the wheels off the ground, and providing you've used lots of wd on the bolts the night before it should take less than 2 hours :thumbs:
oh, and i dont think ill be able to make it either as i cant get bearings till the end of the week. ill try, but i thik ill be hard pushed to get everything back together and in the car :(

channie yea the coilovers took no time at all, i did it with a torch and only took about 20-45 minutes each end, Adjusting them is a pice of piss aswell! i dont think youd have any problems as yours have been changed recentlyish so they shouldnt have siezed yet. :thumbs:

Nah, the black 200 is a 14a, V reg i think, multispoke aftermarkets - looks lovely! Guessing its no one from SXOC. If i happen to see him stopped, i'll go over and ask him/her a few questions, tell him to get on here :thumbs:

the exeter part is as thats just a jap meet. not sure whos meeting at plymouth though or whos actually going to exeter.

Just poped down in my clio (lol), and a black 14a (v reg - very nice!) and black 13 were just leaving, didnt seem like anyone else was around. I hung around for 20 mins or so, but no sign of anyone, so headed back home. Only 10 mins away from home anyway, so no probs. Hopefully next time i will be in a black 14a...
was that exeter or plymouth?

Got there about 3:20 i think. Wont be about for April 2nd, but will definately make the one in May.. fingers crossed with nice shiny 14a rather than my clio :thumbs:

did the other car meet happen as well? the one that adam posted a link about on the first page.
There were about 4 or 5 vauxhalls there also (one was a m8... guilty as charged :rolleyes: ), and some mental case with an M3 doing donuts in the lorry park. That was pretty much it though... far too many Skylines and Scoobies though.
Who was the V reg 14a auto there? It was snugged in down the end of the row, but didn't recognise it from any previous meets.
