Was getting a little hassle from a Subaru Legacy the other day. Now I've got 177+bhp, 0-60mph 6.4s, 152mph top (apparently but no section of mway is empty enough to test)...

But this Legacy... holy puppy poop

I think they are around 280ish. I've had a go in one and they are very fast! Surprisingly for such a big car!

Depends how old it was?

The officially imported Legacy Turbo back in the early 90's had 197bhp and 0-60 in under 7 seconds so is pretty quick.

I think the later Japanese imports are even quicker, 280bhp-ish sounds about right so they would fly :D

Nah, it was newer than that - a W reg I think.... If it had 197 I could easily have kept up....

Pretty sure the 2l turbo ones use the same engine and running gear (or damn similar) to the scooby pretzel.

i thought about getting one before I got the 200, ins group 18 though I think.

There is a Jap import version, about 280hp from a straight six (I think) boxer engine with twin turbos, 2.5 litres if I remember rightly. Big estate type thing but very fast, highly moddable to I expect.

Yes I was talking sh**e, its a 2 litre boxer same as impreza but with twin turbos.
