I got home and found my membership pack waiting for me, only the top corner of the envelope had been torn off.. I found my sticker and member card, plus 3 pieces of paper with info on.... Was there supposed to be anything else? Before I complain to the post office at the state the mail was in.

Ken why not send out the membership pack in small jiffy bags, i know that this adds to the cost, but it will also help to this regular loss of keyrings.
just a suggestion before I get flamed...
Why were you gonna get flamed, im not sure what envelopes we use anymore but i had my fair share of people not getting complete envelopes when i sent them so I would suggest ones with trackers in :D

Same type Jim, very rare for a pack not to turn up altogether and its a very small amount that get tampered with so don't think Jiffy bags would make a difference really
I'm thinking the Post Office machinery is at far more risk of damage than the keyring is.
My bet's on an fragile envelope issue rather than tampering.

You don't get a new one Dave as they don't have an expiry date on at present, membership packs are sent out when first joining:)

You could tape the keyring to the centre of the letter in the envelope. They couldnt get it out the corner then.
Therefore to steal it they would have to nick the whole thing :wack:

I never got keyring, dont think everyone does, i know some got a taxdisc holder, I got a dongle memory stick & a sticker. Keyring would be nice eh lol.
It's not always a keyring, it will be an item of SXOC merchandise subject to availabilty

There are no more keyrings unfortunatly.
Current items sent out will be either a USB Stick, Lanyard or Bottle Opener (which isn in fact a keyring i guess :wack:)
All packs from May onwards will now also recieve a SXOC Pen :thumbs:

Normally you get above, if you're really unlucky and manager to annoy Mark, you get a turd as well, or some pubic hairs.

Renewal pack is just a card and logo sticker :)

I didn't chase it to be honest. I know you have to wait up to 28 days etc etc and i just forgot about it, i could get into the members area though just never received anything :confused:
