Anyone near Swindon got an angle grinder I could borrow for the weekend? Fitting my FMIC tomorrow, and am a little concerned about taking either a hacksaw or a lump hammer to my chassis legs....

There's beer in it if someone has one lying around?

Not to worry - managed to buy one for £15 in the end...

If I'd have spotted this earlier, I'd have sent you mine and insisted you keep the fcuker - I ended up in casualty last time I used it :annoyed:

Only just seen this, You got it fitted no problem then mate, you should have pm'd me, I have one with a nice new diamond tipped bit on it, did you have to buy the hole saw aswell? Any problems fitting it, and wot did you do about the battery?

Yeah, all sorted no worries. Bren sent me a hole saw with the cooler, and I fitted a race battery, so it's all good. Got other worries with the car at the moment, but the cooler is sweet.

Seem to have lost a lot of oil today, so it was running like a dog. Chucked a litre of cheap shit in it, just to get home from Southampton, but need the garage to take a look at it. VVT rattle seems MUCH worse too, and is doing it when driving around, not just when pulling away. :indiff:

Turned out that my turbo oil seals are gone, meaning the oil was all burning off.... hence the rattle.

So, it's new turbo time... :smash:
