FCCUK have got a cracking deal at Coombe, and are asked before if we would be interested.

Jez is well up for it, SteA is easily persuded and already sorted the time off work for the second date.
Anybody fancy joining them - best to reply on the FCCUK forum, but I will relay some minimal info if your too lazy to register :wack:

They have 2 dates still in mind.

This is the deal:

Up to 10 cars - Standard price - £165 each
11 to 15 cars - 12.5% Discount - £145 each (I think this is attainable for the 2 clubs)
Over 15 cars - 18% Discount - £135 each

The dates suggested, and current commitments are as follows:

Friday 21 April 2006: (4 + 5 possibles)
Wednesday 17 May 2006: (5 + 6 possibles)

I'd be very tempted but I've already booked Brands Hatch 3 days before the 1st date, and the 2nd is just before Japfest.

If I'd known about this first I might have gone for it instead, 'cos Combe is my local circuit :(

Best thing is to pop by FCCUK and show interest.

Could do with knowing which date they're going to go for.

whichever they can get the most people too ;)

Bad choice of dates as mentioned - just before Japfest (when I cant get time off work) and close to the brands date too.

Looks like some SXOCers still need to confirm the bookings ... although still within time. Just a bump ;)

If you can't stump up the cash straight away, you have until the 10th April for the first date and 9th May for the second to cough up. I would ask, however, that you pay as soon as possible, as I don't want to be chasing people up or find that someone loses their place because they forgot

OK, time for an update on names and numbers for the two dates:

Friday 21st April (8) :D
Me (20VT) - Paid
Nickscoop (20VT) - Paid
Flea (20VT) - Paid
Andy Beard (RS Focus) - Paid
Stephen Cooper (Clio 16v) - Paid
Roger Giles (Heavily modded Astra GSi) - Paid
Simon Adams (156JTD) - Paid
David Sykes (200SX) - Paid

Wednesday 17th May (9)
Me (20VT) - Yet to Pay
Rotaxmax_200SX (200SX) - Yet to Pay
Mike (200SX) - Yet to Pay
SteA200SX (200SX)- Paid
Jez200SX (200SX) - Paid
Phil Dainton (Caterham) - Paid
Greg Johnson (Elise) - Paid
Simon Adams (156JTD) - Yet to Pay
Mark Cooke (147GTA) - Yet to Pay

Good to see that we have easily reached the 15 needed for the £135 price now, but still a shame not to see a few more coops on the list :(. Many thanks to the 200SX guys for bumping up the numbers, I look forward to meeting you all ;).

Spaces are still available for either date at the moment, so post or PM if you would like to join us. This price is unlikely to be bettered for one of the fastest circuits in the country which just happens to suit Coupes perfectly .

Hi Kev

Just seeing you online, I thought that I'd drop you a quick note to ask you to remind the remaining 200SX guys to book and pay for their May Castle Combe dates. I've set up a new thread for the May date, so can they please check it out and post when they have made payment. They need to do so by 9 May at the absolute latest, but there is no real reason to delay .

Cheers

Phil
