I am pleased to announce we will have an Official SXOC Club stand @ Japfest supporting 90 cars, and once again, we have 3 dedicated club track slots* available (10:30am/12pm/1:30pm/3:00pm – times subject to confirmation).

*Due to the high demand we have had previously for what is one of the premier events of the SXOC calendar, you may be limited to the number of track slots available to you.

If you haven’t already, please familiarise yourself with the following SXOC guidelines for events staging, please work with us to run this event as seamlessly as possible:

All events for 2006 will be run from these guidelines.


Whats it going to cost me?

Advanced tickets: £8
(A saving of £6 over gate prices on the day, a £3 saving over advance ticket sales)

Club track time: £21 per session
(3 SXOC only club sessions available, with up to 20 cars on track)

Postage:

First class: £0.50
Recorded: £1.20
Special: £3.85 (next day)

**IMPORTANT** Please make sure your address details are up to date in the club database as these will be used to send you ticket/track packs out. You can view and amend these details via your “MY SXOC” link on the main website page of www.sxoc.com. If you have any problems please PM Ken, Jim or Steve.

I'm bringing 2 passengers with me but may be one of the stevenage lot could fetch it down with them

Bad news I am affraid :(

Despite my request for four sessions, and it being agreed upon, details have come to light due to a number of bits and pieces added to the japfest timetable, that there are fewer club trackslots available. And as a direct result, we can ONLY HAVE THREE SESSIONS :rolleyes: :cry: :smash: :rant:

So I will be going through the listings again :rolleyes: and revising back to three sessions, and refunds will be issued accordingly.

Sorry folks, absolutely nothing I can do about this new revalation, and I am as gutted as you lot, and yet more work to sort the event.

Further cheques will not be cashed, they wil be destroyed or sent back at your request. Paypal cleared funds will be refunded.
