Yes, I can share my knowledge of SAP with you: it's crap! :D

Sorry, I just "use" it as an oracle dba could use any other oacle-based erp...

Good luck on this!

Cheers

What will you be doing with SAP? Specialising in one or more modules, DBA work, Security & Admin, ABAP, etc?

What Version?

We run SAP 4.6c here. That's about it. The Basis guys seem to cringe when anything goes wrong, although that could be because we seem to be the only ones running on Clustered Tru64

Not real clustering though is it:p

Only works because it has bits nicked from OpenVMS, now that's REAL CLUSTERING :D :D :D :D

How do you get a SAP job with no experience? Is this why most SAP implementation projects fail?

Probably is why most fail :D
It is a consultancy role, I dont have to fix things just get ideas from the SAP guys and implement the most viable and cost effective for the company.

The version I dont know yet that is why I need to brush up on what is available and what can be done with each.

Cheers for link shadow21!
