G'luck.

When I went to court, wearing an Armarni, being polite, humble and depressed looking while stating the facts clearly earned me the thanks of the magistrates in their summery... and then a 750 pound fine and 70 days ban!

Cheers for the advice lads, but my solicitor got the hear postponed as the police only gave us the evidence 10mins before we had to into the court. :(

So I have to go back on the 5th of sept now:)

Think I try this approach - the magistrates looked like they had a sense of humour:rolleyes:

That's a pi55er, tough luck mate, think the pedestrain has 'compen-say-shun' in mind. Get sued for breathing these days!

good luck. It doesn't surprise me that the proseecution failed to get there act together. Is it the CPS. They couldn't find their own arse with both hands.
